(1) Vanādija pentoksīda ražošana

Vanādija rūdas ķīmiskais sastāvs ir: v{{0}},3%-1,4%, Fe aptuveni 60%, TiO2 aptuveni 14%. Vanādiju saturošu čugunu iegūst, reducējot vanādija rūdu ar koksu domnā (vai elektriskā krāsnī). Tas satur v0.4%-1.2%, si<0.5%, and Ti about 0.3%. The vanadium slag obtained by blowing the pig iron with oxygen in a top-blown oxygen converter (or ladle) contains V10%-15%, feo25%-45%, sio213%-20%, TiO2 about 10%, and cr2o31%-5.0%. The slag is mixed with metallic iron (semi-steel). After crushing and ball milling, the particle size is less than 0.1mm. The metallic iron is selected by air separator or magnetic separator and used as raw material for the production of Vanadium pentoxide. Vanadium exists in the spinel phase in vanadium slag. V2O3 should be oxidized to V2O5 by oxidation method, and then combined with Na2O to form water-soluble sodium vanadate. Use soda ash and Glauber's salt.
